Wiggly Witch

She's not so scary after all, just googly-eyed!  Who wouldn't get a kick out of getting this card in the mail?

She's spring-loaded using 24-gauge wire twisted around a pen to make a spring with a 1/2" cirlce punch glued to both ends of the spring and then glued to the back of the witch and onto the card.

This is again the Googly Ghouls stamp set (128063) -- can't tell I love it, can you?  It's just so versatile and the little guys and gals are too stinkin' cute!

Yummy Mummy

This little guy is so cute!  He's got a tasty Twix bar hiding behind his back making you think he's giving you a trick, but really it's a treat!

The treat holder is made using the Two Tags Big Shot Bigz die (115954), Howstooth & Scaringbone Designer Series Paper (126906), Googly Ghouls stamp set (128063) with the 7/8" Cotton Ribbon (127844) stamped with the Border Banter stamp set (128930).

What do you think?  How could you use this same design with different holidays or occasions?

Hubby Anniversary card

This is the anniversary card I made for my husband.  Our anniversary is this Saturday.
This will be our fifth wedding anniversary, however we've been together for 11 years!
How the time flies.  In some ways, it seems like yesterday,
and in some ways a lifetime.  All good ways, though, of course!  :)

This is Not Quite Navy cardstock, retired DSP for the flags.
The sentiment stamp set is Word Play (120651) and I punched
the "world" out with a 3/4" circle punch.
The Framelit Label is outline stamped with the
Memorable Moments stamp set (126682).

Christmas Gift Tag Set

Just a little set of gift tags I made over the weekend.
I'm going to make a bunch and take them to the craft fairs I'm doing this year.
I love craft fairs.  I get to meet lots of new people, look at other people's awesome
creations ... it really puts me in the Holiday Spirit!

Each one has a "TO: FROM:" stamp on the inside.

Holiday Ornament from the Holiday Mini catalog

Here's my take on the ornament featured on the front cover of the Holiday Mini catalog.  I added some Crumb Cake tulle ribbon instead of the Linen Thread because I had to hide some hot glue, so I improvised.  :)  It wasn't as hard as I had thought it would be to replicate this project.

Adorable Halloween Printer's Tray

This turned out soooo cute!  I just love this little tray!  In the blank box, you can put a photo or another decorative element to complete the ensemble.

When this project came to me, it had two sheets of the cutouts needed for each square of the tray, a whole package of rhinestones, a whole spool of Lucky Limeade baker's twine, and sooo much more. I was very impressed by the package Stampin' Up! had put together. And it was super easy to follow the instructions and create this professional-looking tray.  Now I have tons of leftovers -- enough to make a whole nother tray!  :)

Butterfly peek-a-boo card

This is a card I made for my mother-in-law.  I just love the peek-a-boo technique.  This is the new Elegant Butterfly punch and the Patio Party DSP.  Of course, I had to make a matching envelope!  :)

Christmas Card Stamp-A-Stack

What a beautiful weekend we had in Texas!  Highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s.  I feel so refreshed and renewed!  We did spend a few hours indoors, of course, getting an early start on Christmas cards.  Here are the cards we made on Saturday, four of each design, with matching envelopes.
Mr. Friendly Snowman.  You can't really see it in the picture, but after coloring the image, we spritzed it with shimmer spray made from the Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint mixed with rubbing alcohol.  This is the Snow Much Fun stamp set.

The easiest card ever!  Just Versamark the trees from Lovely as a Tree stamp set and the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set, sprinkle with silver embossing powder, heat, and you're done!  Added a Vintage Faceted Designer Button with a rhinestone and some Organza ribbon.
We braved the Stampin' wheel!  Love this design with the circle cut-out and the fabric bow. :)
Simple, but pretty.  We used the ornaments stamps and Framelits from the Holiday Mini catalog.  The edges of the colored cardstock strips are distressed on the edges.
And last, but not least, our little fresh-baked gingerbread men.  Again from the Holiday Mini, these are the Scentsational Season and Perfectly Preserved stamp sets and Framelits.  Super easy and really cute!

Thanks to the ladies who came to stamp with me this weekend ...  what a great time it was!

Scentsational Season card

Happy Labor Day!  Hope your Monday is relaxing
and you're getting in lots of stampin' time!

This card is one of the cards we'll be making at
Saturday's Stamp-A-Stack.  These little guys are
too cute to eat!

This is the Scentsational Season
stamp set and Framelits from the Holiday
Mini catalog.
